It is the start of a New Year, many of us make resolutions to get in shape, eat better, or spend more time with those we love. At Versatech, however, while employee health and family time are key to our company's success, our primary resolution is a little different.
Our key 2017 New Year's resolution is to provide exceptional customer service. While our current customers come to us again and again, primarily due to our service before, during and after the sale, we are not content with just satisfying our customers. We are striving for exceptional customer service. We know that, if we provide this level of service, our customers will not only continue to repeatedly call on us for their automation, workholding, build to print and consulting projects; they will refer their colleagues and suppliers to Versatech as well!
Versatech has established a Customer Service team to help identify opportunities to better serve our customers and make the changes necessary to implement those ideas. This team meets monthly to work on these improvement projects.
So, while we will always strive to provide high quality parts that meet our customers timelines, we will also be working hard in 2017 to meet our goal of exceptional customer service.
